Abbie Bikes Britain

2000 miles | 15 National Parks | A mission to create lasting change

Hike and Bike with Us

Being part of a community and having access to the outdoors really can change lives and we would love to welcome anyone and everyone to join us on our journey wherever possible, whether that’s climbing a summit or cycling for an hour or two alongside.

Due to the nature of the challenge our walk dates and locations will be updated when we are on the road so please check back often for updates. In the meantime we are working closely with each National Park to ensure that we do not cause any issues within parks, such as clogging up roads by overfilling car parks, or putting landscapes at risk through heavy footfall.

If you would like to join us on a walk please read the details of each route carefully and book on if you are keep to get involved! Places are very limited and new walks will be added in each National Park as the project progresses.

We hope that these walks will be a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, access exciting and stimulating landscapes, boost feelings of health and wellbeing, and show your support for our mission to raise the profile of mental health and environmental conservation

If you have any questions please do contact us via: info@spendmoretimeinthewild.co.uk
