About The Event

Walk description:

We are excited to share that our New Years Day walk is back! We are big believers in the power of community and love to kick the year off with a fresh opportunity to build connections and get outside into nature. This 7.5 mile loop on the Quantock Hills should be just the treat!

Starting at Crowcombe Park Gate, we’ll head up Black Hill and follow the Macmillan Way West along the ridge to Halsway Post and Bicknoller Post. From there we will drop down Lady’s Edge, a beautiful wooded valley which we will follow all the way to the little village of Holford.

From the village we will head into Holford Combe alongside the meandering river, soon ascending via Lady’s Combe up to the road and Dead Woman's Ditch. Storytime will follow here!

The final leg of the walk will take us across to Wilmot’s Pool and back down to the car park.

Places are always limited on our walks, so do book on as soon as you can!
