Adventure Coaching – For those preparing for a solo long-distance hike. Abbie will help you with training, packing, kit choices, and even the skills to camp out, so you feel fully prepared for your journey.
Wellbeing Days - Abbie offers bespoke days for organisations and businesses, whether that’s a guided hike, forest bathing workshop or mindfulness in nature—perfect for team wellbeing and connection.
If you’re ready for your next adventure, or just need a nudge to get started, drop Abbie an email. They would love to help.
Why join a WILD Event?
Social – Meet like-minded people, share stories, and enjoy the outdoors together at a relaxed pace.
Health – Walking supports fitness, strengthens muscles, improves balance, and helps prevent health conditions.
Wellbeing – Time in nature reduces stress, lifts your mood, and boosts self-esteem and sleep quality.
Adventure – Explore some of the UK’s most beautiful and wildlife-rich landscapes, with a chance to discover history and local flavours along the way.
Abbie also runs Forest Bathing Workshops and Mindfulness Walks, great for individuals or organisations looking to reconnect with nature, purpose, and self.

Testimonials
“Abbie is a convivial host and knowledgeable about local wildlife, flowers and fauna. Abbie is great at including everyone and bringing the group together. The route itself was well planned and carefully considered. I particularly enjoyed West Kennet Long Barrow, I had never seen anything like it before, it was a truly unique experience going inside such an ancient burial chamber. I also really enjoyed meeting like-minded people who like to go for a walk and get outdoors as I do and I enjoyed the conversations I had. A great idea and well executed, I would very much recommend it to anyone :)” - Abby
“Abbie’s walks bring like minded people together who seem to totally get each other. Arrive as strangers, leave as friends” - Matt
“A really relaxed, amazing day with a lovely group of people. We had lakes, mountains, trees, fluffy cows, and fresh air. A wonderful day for the soul. Thanks Abbie” - Mark
“I had such a wonderful day meeting Abbie and spending time with a fantastic group of like-minded people in a beautiful part of the world. I suffer with social anxiety so I was already pushing myself out of my comfort zone by attending solo, but the warmth shown by Abbie on my arrival eradicated my nerves and made me feel instantly at ease. I felt relaxed during the entirety of the walk and shared some wonderful and inspiring conversations with the group. The circuit around Buttermere is truly spectacular, and Abbie shared with us some interesting facts about the landscape we walked within. Spending time in the wild with a group of people with a similar love for the outdoors is a healing thing, and I would recommend this to anyone. Abbie is truly a magical person and the joy she brings to so many is inspiring.” - Rosie
