Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help. 

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

You can return your item for a different product or get a refund to the original payment method.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

    •    Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

    •    Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

    •    Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use


To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email to and let us know your reason for return (so that we can assess any changes we need to make in the future), along with your name and order number. We will then be in touch with a return address within 3 working days

  2. Send the item back to us, you will have to cover postage yourself

    •    You will receive your refund within 3-5 working days after we have received your returned goods

    •    We can not take responsibility for any lost or damaged returns. Please make sure you pack the goods in a safe way for them to make it back           to us undamaged
