Returns & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help. 

We offer returns or exchanges within 25 days of purchase. 

You can return your item for a different product or get a refund to the original payment method if you can provide proof of your order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Reporting a missing order:

  • You will receive an email confirming your order and second email when your order was confirmed as posted to you. Ensure you wait for the detailed number of days on your first email before getting in touch

  • If your order has not arrived after this timeframe please email admin (at) with your order number and detail of the issue

  • We will only be able to help trace missing orders 25 days after the expected delivery time due to the insurance policies of Royal Mail

  • Outside of this timeframe we cannot refund or replace your missing order


Reporting a damaged or incomplete order: Issues must be reported within one week of delivery with proof of damage/missing items 

  • If your order arrived damaged or incomplete with signs of having been opened, please take and send us the following pictures 1: the package with damage clearly visible 2: the items as they arrived with damage visible

  • Note the day that the package arrived and email all to admin (at)

  • All of the above will help us to claim for the loss and sort a replacement


To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email to: admin (at) and let us know your reason for return (so that we can assess any changes we need to make in the future), along with your name and order number. We will then be in touch with a return address as soon as we can.

  2. Send the item back to us, you will have to cover postage yourself

    •    You will receive your refund within 3-5 working days after we have received your returned goods

    •    We can not take responsibility for any lost or damaged returns. Please make sure you pack the goods in a safe way for them to make it back to us undamaged
