Every WILD knife is entirely handmade, taking around five days from start to finish, and no two are ever the same. This is not a product you buy off a shelf. It is a piece of genuine craft, built to last a lifetime and become part of your story in the wild.
The blade is adapted from a premium Swedish high carbon steel, the kind trusted by professional craftspeople worldwide. At 2 inches long and 2.3mm wide, it is designed for precision detail work, whittling, spoon carving, and controlled, deliberate cuts, rather than heavy bushcraft tasks. This short blade puts total control in your hand, making it ideal for anyone who loves the meditative, careful work of shaping wood. Carbon steel holds its edge far longer than standard steel, so you spend more time creating and less time sharpening.
 
The handle tells its own story. Each one is crafted from seasoned yew, cut from a single tree felled in West Oxfordshire on the edge of the Cotswolds back in 2014. Because every handle comes from a different section of that same tree, every single knife is genuinely one of a kind. Some are lighter, some darker, each with its own unique grain running through it. You are not just buying a knife. You are buying a piece of that tree's story, finished with our laser etched WILD logo.
 
Handcrafted by a wood worker with over a decade of experience shaping bushcraft and camping knife handles, every piece is built for a confident, comfortable grip and precise, safe control with every cut.
