Returns Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

ORDER AND SHIPPING TIMES
We will do our absolute best to mail your order out within 5 working days of receiving it.
We are a small team of two working hard to package and post your orders. Once they have left us they are solely in the hands of the mailing services.
Please do also take note of any custom fee regulations in your country - your order will be coming from the UK.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA AND EU
Since 29th August 2025 for USA orders, and since 1st July 2026 for EU orders, customs and handling fees must be paid in the UK at the point of purchasing postage for your order.
If you place an order from the USA or EU, we will email you the exact fee once your order has been placed, as unfortunately there is no way for us to calculate or display this in advance. The only payment method we can accept for this fee is PayPal.
Once you receive this email, please pay the fee within 48 hours to allow your order to proceed. If payment isn't received within that window, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
